IMS, however, has no connection with the data, content, and services available on such websites, nor does it participate in or control their development. Therefore, IMS is not responsible for the content of third-party websites or for any losses or damages caused by them.

Responsibilities

IMS is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from any of the following situations:

1) failure or error in the availability, continuity or accessibility of its Sites and Applications and the content and services published therein;

2) acts and omissions of the user verified from their access to the Sites and Applications, as well as for any and all content uploaded by them to the Sites and Applications and for the repair of any damages caused to third parties, whatever the cause and nature of the violation; and

If the terms and conditions set forth in this document are not respected, IMS may, at any time and at its sole discretion, (i) interrupt or restrict access to the Sites and Applications, (ii) delete the user's registration; and (iii) take any measures it deems appropriate for the full operation of the Sites and Applications, as well as compliance with the provisions set forth herein.

Duration

IMS has the right to terminate, suspend or interrupt unilaterally, at any time and without prior notice, the dissemination of the Sites and Applications and the provision of their respective services.
